Your item will be carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. Processing on all orders is 3-5 business days if not sooner. Stephany’s Collections items are shipped after your payment has been successfully processed. Keep in mind this is a small business, and you WILL receive your order within the time promised, which varies by shipping class selection (you decide during checkout). You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

All of the products for your shipment will be shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS). A tracking number will be sent to your email that you provided. Tracking number may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the USPS website. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you with shipping and tax charges. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your undamage products in their original packaging for a prompt refund or exchange return within 7 days of receipt. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
